About Glenda

Glenda is grateful to share her passion for movement and its ability to connect us more fully with ourselves and each other. She guides her students to align with their personal power while releasing unnecessary tension, cultivating ease, and leveraging strength in the body. Glenda encourages students to listen to and honor the teacher that lies within.
