Join me as we explore the world of movement while being moved by the world! Whether it's celebrating the many expressions of the body through dance or connecting with the sacred through yoga, there's a path towards deeper embodiment for ALL.

Ultimately this is about connecting with your innate wisdom, intuition and empathy. Your journey is as unique as the varied web of movements we all possess. Quiet the mind and let the body guide you.

Aging Gracefully Dance Workshop Ages 50+

Aging Gracefully: Meaningful Movement Explorations - As we age it is important to keep the body moving, the brain focused, and the spirit fueled. In this technique/creative dance class, we will do so in a healthy, FUN way. We will warm the body, moving in a way that encourages each dancer to better honor and understand their unique physicality.

Next, dancers will explore different ways to generate movement phrases. Inspired by poetry, visual art, and personal experience, we will create dances; accessing the wisdom of the body to express our relationship to the world, each other, and ourselves. No prior dance experience needed, just a willing heart <3

Sacred Sound Sadhana

This is an invitation to replenish and nurture body, mind, and spirit through sound, movement, breath, and stillness. The result will be a deeply meditative and healing experience.

Glenda will guide participants through a gentle restorative yoga practice accompanied by Amanda with the gong.

This practice is open to all bodies and levels of experience, whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. Join us!
